The Kerala Chapter of Indian Association of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (IAPMR) is a registered organization of Physiatrists in Kerala State, dedicated to the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR). We promote scientific knowledge, education and research among medical professionals and provide guidance and advocacy for persons with disabilities.
Our members are Modern Medicine doctors with postgraduate qualifications in PMR, committed to advancing patient care and supporting colleagues in the specialty. We offer scientific programs and CME sessions to keep our members at the forefront of medical advancements.

Let us joins the Indian Association of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in observing National PMR Day on 6 July 2026. This year’s theme, “Rehabilitation is Essential, Not Optional,” reaffirms the vital role of physiatrist-led, evidence-based rehabilitation in improving function, enhancing participation, and restoring quality of life.
On this occasion, we reaffirm our commitment to advancing excellence in rehabilitation care, education, research, and advocacy, while striving to make comprehensive rehabilitation services accessible to all who need them.
