The next CME of the Kerala chapter of IAPMR comes to you with the theme, “Fitness for All’. The CME is code named “FitnessCon 2024”.

We have a robust youth population engaging in fitness activities and an increasing population of older adults for whom fitness is vital to healthy living. This CME is designed to bridge the knowledge gap of professionals in practice.

The event will feature general physiatric interventions for fitness as well as the approaches and challenges related to fitness in specific groups, like children, the older citizens, persons with disability and pregnant women. The sessions will be led by physiatrists with expertise in their chosen fields. This helps us to find out the recent trends in fitness science and how these can be applied to practical situations.

The CME has been thoughtfully curated to include fundamental strategies as well as innovative approaches, thus enabling the delegates an opportunity to gain comprehensive understanding of fitness.
